Okay I agree a lot with this statement. I personally know some parents that try to relive their lives through their children. I’ve mostly seen it in sports. Father didn’t get to be the star football quarter back on the varsity football team, so he lives his dream through his son. A lot of the time the child doesn’t want to, but doesn’t want to disappoint their fathers, so they do it. And they never really get to live their dream. In a way in my family we have had a couple situations like this. When my mom was in high school my mom really wanted to be a cheerleader, but never got the chance because her mother wouldn’t allow her to. So ever sense I have been able to walk my mom has been putting me in gymnastics. And then when I was of age I was put into cheer. A lot of it was that I wanted to but now that I don’t really want to she is getting all bitchy about it. Like she wants me to do it more than anything, over hanging out with friends, school.

I agree that fathers are like that cause that how my uncle was he could never make far in football so he thinks that my little cousin needs to do the same thing.
There is a lot of this in movies so it has to be true... Parents get there kids into what they were because that's what they thought would be the best for them. They still think that when they have a child and they pass it on because they think that would be the best for you. Parents always want the best for their kids at some point.
I agree with the sports thing. I have know people like that and the don't even like to play sports because of it.
