My first goal I want to accomplish this year is to get a job. I want to start saving a lot of money for the future, and get more work experience. I am going to start filling out applications for different places and hope that I can get hired. After I get a job then I want to keep it for at least 3 months.
My second goal is to finish foster care and move on to independent living. This is probably one of the more important ones to me in my life. I need to work very hard to reach this goal and I know that I can. I need to save some money, go to school, and stay out of trouble.
My next goal is to graduate early. If I graduate early then I can get out of foster care that much sooner and move on my own. I’m not that far behind and if I work hard I can be done by January. I just need to do lots of extra credit, and stay caught up.
This next goal is really random but I want to read at least 50 books this year. I really don’t know why I want to do this, but I think it’s a good goal. I love to read, and can finish a book really fast. Im hoping this can get me into other books that maybe I never would have read before. I know I can do it.
My very last goal is to save 2,000 dollars by the time I finish high school. So that is actually really soon.

you have really good goals. i hope they all work out for you and i hope you can get out of foster care soon.
I think your goal of graduating early is a great goal. It takes hard work but if you really want to do it you can. But if it means getting out of foster care it just gives you that much more reason to work even harder
